good colour scheme, good attempt at creating flow, not a lot of depth,not a very strong focal.top right feels a bit a empty
Try playing with some curve/exposure layers, I would also sharpen the effects and focal a bit and blur the BG a bit to create some depth. Another depth trick I like to use it new layer > Apply image > Filter > Other > High pass setting at like 10% then set the layer to overlay and lower the opacity to your liking.
Your blending and colors are spot on. Maybe a few fractals or a space stock in the background set on screen would make the background pop.

The color scheme and effects are nice, and you've done alright with lighting too, well done. I do find myself noticing that you may have cut the arm at the shoulder off a bit too much, as if they were separate stocks. Throw a galaxy stock on top with overlay to get the galactic feel to be more pronounced - play around with the saturation of the galaxy stock too to get it similar to your color palette. A border seems needed here as well. And of course authenticate! some typography up in the top right maybe. Otherwise, I think you're better than me right now :P Nice Job *applauds*
Burn the edges and dodge around the render, add a border and sharpen once.
Use some gradient maps, preferably soft light 20%.
I like it, its good.
