Finally

Looks nice..I especially like the banner. I agree, the content area is on the small side, but it's not a big problem.

hey, not bad. I think it looks pretty good. I like the form of the page.

The links look good, the content is easy to read although the area is alittle small.

There are a few things that I think could make this page look really top notch.

-Color diversity and contrast. The only color you have is blue, you need something else in there, the foreground and background should be different colors. Make the page really pop with some different colors.

- Fix the center align problem. I imagine you did this with Image Ready and just sliced everything into tables. It looks like you used a 1024x768 resolution, but with 1280x960 or higher the page is not centered, and even worse with 800x600 the page is probably off the screen completely.

-The header. It's too large and too meaningless. The header is there for two reasons. 1 for eye candy, it's something pretty to look at, and 2 to say something about the site. Being that the header uses the exact same color scheme as the rest of the page, it's not visually appealing, it blends into the background. And the image has nothing really to do with your site. By using this kind of header you're needlessly cutting down on content display size. I think you should scrap the header. Make something smallery, colorful, and attractive. Try to incorporate colors that will link to colors in the content or link area, but in small doses. You want someone to see a color and have their eye immediatly search the page for a similar color to link to.

Overall:
Nothing extravegant or revolutiary, however it's a very solid design and you could get a lot of use out of it. With some minor adjustements I think this could be an excellent layout.
