Add a gradient to a vector and it'll still be a vector (or a vexel depending on how you do it). I'm just giving suggestions, you can do what you want.

i found that its easier to just vector the outline strokes never come out smooth when they arent straight
haha not even sure it's considered a vector tbh lol it was drawn in cs5 . but somone said nice vector dude so i figured well ok if he thinks its a vectore i'll place it in vectors.
