I too can top both of you, but I won't post anything specific.
Heh... my friends pirate extremely expensive programs just to say they has them. They were reading this over my shoulders the other day, and they both exclaimed "that's all he has??".
I personally don't think piracy is a good thing at all, but since I'm 16, I'm broke, I don't interact with my parents, and I hate the United States, I don't mind helping the economy go to hell...

lower yourself to The GIMP? Are you insane? The Gimp is an amazing program. Have you even tried it, beyond looking at the interface for 10 minutes and uninstalling it? And lower yourself?! You won't _lower_ yourself by using a non-name brand software, but you'll gladly become a theif.
If you're 15 and broke you have no reason to be using photohsop, dreamweaver, illustrator, and the like. It's not like you're stealing because you have to, you're stealing because you're selfish and ignorant. Ignorant to the fact that people work their asses off to provide top quality work and you refuse to compensate them for their efforts. The Gimp is an incredibly generous offer, all that hard work and quality programming and you snuff it.
There's a free alternative to every program on that list (excluding Flash), stealing is not an option.

Is that better? I edited it and you no longer know what I have. As for 43, nice points brought up. I might try some of those programs.

I've compiled a short list of free alternatives to the most popular programs. All of them are good, I wouldn't recommend them if they weren't.
The interfaces might not be as pretty as the pay software, but the power of the program is all there.
