you should use that money to buy psds from other ppl you're interested, and by that i mean real graphic works, not just simple tags/sigs.
i would buy a bunch of tags for like, less than a dollar.
also, there's no need to pay imho, you should check out a few tuts or something before paying someone
when you can go for yourself to the webs and learn much more and free, besides; the things you're looking for
are the most basic stuff, so if you google 'em right you might find some good tutorials...

Nahh, like the other, more sensible people have said, check out our tutorials section, ask in the chatbox for help with little things or google stuff you need help with.
