It's looking good. Pretty traditional type sig, which is cool. Double pixel border or whatever, pretty good blending, nice background. Only thing I dislike is the font you chose and that the guy could be a little brighter (try experimenting with the dodge tool or the brightness adjustments) Anyway, getting better man! Keep it up, I hope to see more from you soon. :)
