You're right the lighting could be off screen but it doesn't look that way on this tag, every is just too bright and some parts over sharpened. Depth is pretty decent but the background is too blurred. Honestly this piece isn't as enhanced as it could be. I'd suggest getting used to the burn and dodge tools curves does a good job but burning and dodging helps bring out shadows and detail. Can we see the original stock?

To be honest, the original looks nicer then your edit. if you wanted to enhance the stock you should have just adjusted the lighting and maybe added a few small effects the smudge and rose petals just make it look awkward. Burn, dodge, curves, exposure, blur, sharpen. etc.
I dunno... hmmm... like the colorful is sure much better... but the sig looks a bit LQ specially on her face...
