This distorts one image (Let Her) based upon values in another image (Decay).
So you go to Filters>Distort> Displacement Map (OR Displace). Use default settings. And when it asks you to choose a displacement map choose the “decay” pic. we made.
To Mess around with it, you can use another map and get different results.
i never thought to use a displacement map like that...
