I don't mind the blurring at all, makes the face come out better!.... I wouldn't mind a bit off torso tho!!

It's very cool, I like the depth and idea to it. The splatters are over-done though and therefore loses it's appeal. I'd remove some of the smaller splatters on the sides, it's bringing down the composition of this piece.
