Very nice man, the clouds do seem a bit out of place tho.. but very nice indeed
and i think teh 2nd is better where the "space" fades form black to blue.

Ok... first of all the clouds need to blend into the space scene... the right planit's texture is quite large & pixelated. I'd add more small detailed testure to it... Try adding noise or grain to the ring to make appear that it made of small particles... I feel the land is a bit to bright for a night sky with no sun... Last of all. I've seen some of those nebulas before so I asume there's brushes out there. I'd have more respect for your work if it was completly yours :).... Though good colours & its great for a first....
Okay... the clouds are just.... poofy? They don't really fit o___O But the picture is hella nice... I couldn't do that TT Or..... could I? *hmmm*
On another note. You absolutely need to change the font! Pixel fonts were meant to...You know...Be pixellish. Which means to keep them very small.
