well ive done it again with a different render i think ive filled the canvas good enought but dont think i have done a good job with the c4d's i guess it comes with practice ?

Yeah practise makes perfect mate, as it happens that tag looks rather nice imo, just the colours are a bit off with her being orange and the rest being black. And the lighting.
