I ran out of cherries at that part, the center of cake had a layer of them also and used most there. I will have like 3 or 4 more cake valentines to give away in a few days a few people ordered cakes this week, got a Red Velvet and an Oreo shaped cake on the way. :)

Thanks for the cake Dom... They still dont compare to my mums wedding cakes though.

anyways here's one for Apathy, no rat poison in this one, srry. It's a 3 layer red velvet pound cake with cream cheese filling between each layer and vanilla frosting. :)
