Another one of my friend's shoots

It's quite a nice piece however a little messy. My main issue is with the bluring of the background. That mountain on the left looks too close to be that blurry. As well as things that aren't in focus being blurry, you need to take into account the blur of how far things are away from you. For starters try this. Focus on something. Notice how those things really far away are very blurred but theres things alot closer to wherever your focusing that aren't as blurred.
As for the effects you've done on her, I would take the massive white lines out, as well as that blue splatter on her face
