love it bro, i think you're definitely on to something.
2 things:
1. the text stands out too much,
2. throw a 1px black border around the whole thing and see how it looks. I may be wrong, but i think it'll look good.

Not too keen on the text, bit hard to read and stands out, try blending it a tad. other than than good job m8 and nice boarder :)
