I agree with deadloader but I also think the face looks odd in both renders.
The top one's better imo.
Tone down her face a bit, but if the render was originally like that, then don't mess with it.
Anti-alias your name on the sig, it's a bit jaggy, and lower the opac of the sub-titling and don't outerglow it :)
