here's a little bit tut of my work..
for coloring pics .. just playing with layer, hue/saturation and be patien to use selection tool ..
for the tape.. just playing around with layer (i need 2 layers), eraser brush, opacity n stroke..

OMG man that's nice! But it could be done by taking a colored pic, and desaturating it, but i'll give ya the bennifit of the doubt. Anyways, how did you do the tape?
like i said.. i made the tape effect by an accident.. :D
so i have little memory about how to make it :D
first, make a box fill with white and give stroke size=1, set the fill opacity to make it looks transparent, give rough pattern to the stroke, drop a little shadow, duplicate this layer, select the top layer and try to erase the box in some point to make (looks like) rough terrain....
