Venom is a bit to big for the sig, he could use some resizing to fit the frame better.

The text is a little hard to read, try making it vertical and move the clip mask to a brighter spot.

The c4d's is a little bit to bright, try changing the adjustment layers some.

Nice work with the background, but I would change the white color to something more dark.

Shadow:
Nice but it's a lill over sharp.

Not much to complain about here but the sides could use blurring to create some depth.

Text needs be closer to the render and you might wanna change the font.
