What this all comes down to is the subject of money, and greed. We took gold from the egyptians and converted it to money to gain power. Now the whole world revolves around that money and the power. Paper money is one of the most important things in life now. people steal, kill, lie, cheat, bomb etc. for more money and power. Its sickening to me. I believe that we are ALL equal and EVERYONE deserves to be on the same level in society. What makes one person better than another? Is it how much money they aquire throughout their family and their lives? It shouldnt be, but sadly in this society it is. I believe everyone deserves the basics, food, clothes, water, shelter, health care. And with all of the resources in this world, there is NO reason what so ever that ppl are still dying of starvation and simple illnesses like a cold. Why dont we split all of the money on this world equally between EVERYONE or just get rid of money all together and barter our goods. We would all live comfortably and happily. But that will never happen because of greed.... high class people dont want to give up their fortune... then they wouldnt have control of us poor people anymore. They wouldnt feel like they have the upper hand. Lets take golf courses for example, a rich mans sport. Look at all the land those 18 holes use for that one stupid little ball...how many golf courses are there just in the US... TOO MANY!!! If we took all of that WASTED land and built houses for the MILLIONS of homeless people in this country there wouldnt be anyone without shelter. But who cares about those ppl anyway right? they are just scum... no they are victims of circumstance. They were born in the gutter and no one lends them a hand to get out of the gutter. Many are forced to sell drugs, pick pocket, steal from stores just to survive, and then when they are caught their lives are over. On every job application they ask if you've ever been convicted of a felony and guess what... if you have been... you're screwed. It doesnt matter if you were selling drugs so your children didnt starve to death. No one cares! They only see you as an ant like someone in this thread mentioned. You can rot in jail or on the streets until u die from your lifestyle. one less poor person to worry about. SCREW YOU... everyone deserves a chance to live a normal life. No one should be living these crazy lives spending ridiculous amounts of money on shoes and clothes when there are people dying because they dont have the basics! When are we as the human race going to WAKE UP and see that we have the power and ability to change the whole world for the better. Because you only live so long and when its your time to die it doesnt matter how many cars you owned when you were alive, because you're still dead! I personally believe only God can judge us. And you dont honestly think that you're going to get into heaven because you're wearing gucci do you? In the words of Tupac... its time for us as a people to start making some changes. Let's change the way we eat, lets change the way we live, and lets change the way we treat each other. The old way wasnt working so its on us to do what we gotta do to survive.
gotta get everyone to agree to do that, and that aint gonna happen. its even more complicated then trying to get all the EU nations to agree on one Constitution, which i doubt will ever happen.

Wasted land? There are probably thousands of unused acres of land in the US today. These golf courses were fully paid for by "rich people", and the construction of them gave jobs to many low-waged workers, helping them feed their families.Quote:

It's not impossibly hard to work your way up from poverty to riches. Many people have done it, become famous, written books about their lives, etc. If somebody is completely unable to (laziness is NOT disabling) pull themselves out of this lifestyle, then they shouldn't be given a chance to survive because whatever condition, disease, or 'traditions' they hold shouldn't be allowed to continue, for the sake of the rest of the human species.Quote:

How do you define a 'normal' life? Cultural, racial, and geographical barriers prevent there from being a normal life, because there are millions of different lifestyles which can all be argued to be "better" or "worse" than others.Quote:

lets get real people, a lot of people say we should change how we are and live and do stuff, but they never do. sorta like greenies who still drive cars.
And dont even let me get started on so called charities that only end up giving 20% of their donations to their advertised areas (if your lucky, a lot of em have overheads up to 90+%).
