6/10 very odd, text is meh, and the colors aren't great, they all really blend together and make it hard to see some of the effects. the purple on the right is also really out of place. the text in two different places makes it really weird, also the fact that they are at the way bottom. try putting them together and in a different spot

Whenever a super saiyan powers up the colors become monotone and the same way sa i have done xD. Btw i knwo text sux but i like it that way :p

6/10 i dont like avril, the splatters covering to much of the render, the border should be black imo and i dont like dotted box around name
8/10 i like the pen tool in it and the small lines in the background it makes it look professional.....those squares on the side are a nice touch ^_^ gj
