Ive never done anime tags so i dno wat to give it :S Hmm
The bottom tag is 6/10, i like the colours and the render but there isnt really any effects :S text also needs work
7/10 colours dont suit the render but i get what your aiming for
9/10 i love it its not a 10 because it has no distraction e.g. text or summat like text and also the fact that i didnt make it
