86-90 to tell the truth. I work out quite much. Well, actually I don't really do 90+ in a row. I usually do different kinds of push-ups, and like 40+40+40+20, which makes a total of 140, with 30 seconds paus. sometimes more, sometimes less. =)
Haven't a clue. I don't work out. That's not to say I'm weak as fuck. I used to lift dishwashers and treadmills (they can get heavy as fuck.. upwards of 350lbs in a box) and yeah. I'm ripped, just don't work out.
