Is the USA the best?!

this thread seems like just another reason to badmouth america....Yes we have a dumbass president...but that doesn't mean that there aren't some great people here in the u.s. And as for the youth comment, not every kid here is immature, there are some kids that are more mature than some adults in other countries. Besides how many of you have been to america anyway...if you haven't then there is certainly no room for a comment as you do not know whether the u.s. is the best or not.

Another thing this thread is based solely on OPINIONS, not facts....

But seriously, I just think every country has it's values and it's uniqueness. American culture isn't too bad, but I've been living in New York since I was born. I'd love to travel to other countries and explore how the other cultures of the world are and how the people are. I'm sure there are aspects better than that of America's and I'm sure America has aspects that other countries don't.

Im not saying that all americans are fat and annoying, but its a stereotypical view.

If someone said 'im american' suddenly i think they are annoying and fat, luckily though the void doesn't have any annoying people and if people are fat its fine with me :)

I've been to the US many times, although I don't enjoy it as much as other countries. It's still a nice place, probably the reason I don't enjoy it so much is because there is not much difference in culture to Canada :D

I don't think the US is the best country, keep in mind there is no "BEST" country. Every country has a flaw whether you like it or not.

Sweden? Ya I like Sweden alot, good welfare system, but then again you have high taxes and people who ruin it by slacking off and still getting benefits.

Thats just an example, a country can't be based on public image and stereotypes when you are trying to determine the best country.
