I'm not down on myself at all.
I don't think it's just because of my stuttering, but some other things may have gotten in the way of it too.
I'm a nerd. I spend most of my free time in front of the computer, otherwise I'm usually out smoking weed with friends. I think that made me more social and more confident, but I used to be a nervous wreck.
It never got in the way of getting with girls. Most think it's cute. :D
Yeah, I was going to say that most girls think it's a cut thing when a guy stutters. I spend a lot of my free time in front of the computer, but once I get my license which is next month I won't be here as much. I will be hanging out with friends more and hanging out with my "potential girlfriend." I say potential because it's not "official" yet for certain reasons.
Yeah people are often more popular because of things like that, because they stand out more. And when they don't care what people think about them people love that. If you go round all the time worrying about your stutter people will get sick of it, if you og out and say "Fuck it, its my life why should i care what people think" people respect that and love you for it :P
