its nice , specially for your first, its different to most so called grunge sigs you see , it has a dark side to it.
i dont like how your name starts off over a black cloud because it makes it looks odd , half of ur name is quite visable where the other is in shadows, maybe just knock the cloud up a bit?
im not really a fan of brushes but you used them pretty well.
maybe put some blurred text duplicates behind your name or something , something to make it a little more catchy.
