I like the new button idea. It doesn't go well with smenu3.jpg though... Medieval theme and bright gradients = meh. Otherwise, perfect.
Mmm,rob,don't know what's wrong :/ ...and lol,no,the gradients went well with the old ,glassy buttons,for the new medieval ones I'll make a new one of course =)
Though unfortunatelly school started here >.< and I have only 30 mins to an hour/day for the skin :(... but I'll work on it every second I can spare ^_^

I don't know why everyone's bashing on your colors. The only place I can see where the colors don't fit well are the words "Welcome Guest" because they're too light for that background, but that part isn't exactly the most important part of the forum, now is it? Yeah, the button changes are nicer than the digital look, because of the theme. Oh, I lied. The Sail, Sail Away title part...I also think it's too dark. Coming from someone who doesn't know much about skins, it took me about three minutes of looking at the page before I saw it. I still really like this. Great job.
