Actually, yes, I dislike ANYBODY that goes around screwing everybody, queer or not. Especially if they know they have an STD.

Who said anything about suggestions? I was merely stating that I have yet to hear one gay person call another queer. You said it yourself. Its what we're calling ourselves. Personally, I like to go by first names, but its your choice. Besides, not so sure you can a gay person that. I think I'm allowed to sue for Hate Crimes....

I'm going to be honest here, if a person wants to be a homosexual. Then they shouldn't have a problem expressing their views and such. There's nothing wrong with it, and they shouldn't have to feel bad for being that way. Now i can see the whole AIDS and such, but that shouldn't and isn't a reason to point fingers at people who are homosexual. AIDS can happen anytime, and from anything. Its not like as if they are doing it on purpose, and I think they are just like any other human being. Just trying to get by, believing what they want to.

I didnt read everything here (just a few responses after mine), and I feel there are many close-minded people here. Now, you must agree hell (and understand), that most men really hate gay people - mainly because of biggit parents (and their upbringing). I dont necessiarly approve of homsexuality, but I would not dare bash or discriminate against this.
I talked to H_B_S over AIM for a bit before I found out he was gay. And he, in no way, acted out of the male persona. He didnt act femine to any extent, infact - I was suprised to find out that he was. It doesnt change make me feel any different - hes a cool kid.
Now, I believe most people here are bashing the CONCEPT of homosexuality - not H_B_S (and I will not tolerate any descrimination or racism here).
And maso - Aids basicially started with the homosexual community. Although they have learned, and their numbers are dropping. Infact, theres more straight men being infected with the AIDs virus than there are homosexual.
The use of 'queer', in the context seemed to be a bash towards H_B_S, although a very light one. Queer is a common word for homosexuality. Lets stop bashing eachother here - and just have a heathly debate - both of you =).

Straight up, man. I wasn't bashing anybody in particular here. I'm sure there's homos (or is that derogatory too? o.o;;) that are good people who contribute great things to society. I'm not really hating anybody. As a matter of fact, I love everybody. It's just that I don't want gay people to get married, that's all. It all boils down to the way I was brought up. It don't make my family a bunch of bigots or homophobes.

Yeh i don't mind you H_B_S because you act normal .. i just wouldn't like to see any gay activity with anyone ( Except lesbians :P ) because it freaks me out, i wouldn't mind talking etc .. aslong as you didn't act too .. i'm not going to say queer, unusual.
