i've designed skins and templates before. i know it's a lot of work, but i think cx is equipped to handle it. it would show that cx is skilled at webdesign in addition to the other areas of graphic designQuote:

I also think you should have a Staff portfolio page, so the click the link, and it goes to a flash or PHP Coded area that looks really 'spiffy' where they can look at all the staff members portfolio, and then have contact areas for it.
