NANO FTW!
as -element said, the ipod is not 300+ dollars here in the netherlands, i thought the nano was like 200 euro. (Of course there are ipods of 300+) The sony players are very expensive here but have very long playing time on one battery/charge.Quote:

i'm planning buying a player too, just dont know how much i want to spent, the Zen Touch 20gb is 188 euro, excellent player, only disadvantage is the size of it. My current mp3 player is 5 years old (64mb hahaha).
Afterall i might buy a nameless 512mb 30 euro player :S
ah didnt read that they were so expensive there. it does have an incredibly huge battery length, and charges very quickly... 3 hours every 3 minutes it's in your computerQuote:

nano = overpriced, not enough room, not enough features, TOO small imo
They aren't overpriced here, since when i compared the prices with my mini to a nano, it worked out according to the space difference, and other things like size.Quote:

if by chance u can come accross this mp3 player you should take a look at it... it is called the Carbon Rio... it has a longer battery life then the nano (20 hours), holds 6 GIG of music, (more then the more expensve nano) and costs about 60 bucks cheaper...
ohh an if i were you go for their higher capacity ones... their lowerones have good sound quality but if u drop it once it busts... i payed 150 for mine it held like 20 songs and i dropped it once an now it is in the garbage... im happy wit my Rio Carbon!
i got a nano and its gr8 only thing is now that quite a lot of other people hav it to....:P
I got an iPod Vid (30 gig) a few days ago =P I'm happy with it
