Thats a cool pc for a great price.
Only thing I would look at is the PSU. The tagen 480 is pretty good, I had one, but it struggled on mine with my setup (back when I had two GPUs) so I upgraded to a rather fine 580. With a duel core PSU and two GFX cards, I would just think about getting your mate to up it a bit - though if he is building it for you he has probably worked out its going to be alright.
Im thinking of adding a 60 onto my current PC, which I got last summer (with a few additions since then lol). Only problem is of course that I dont *currently* have that much to spend :(
