In my opinion, they wont leave Iraq until they've fully converted to a democracy. This is only evident because the Allies left Germany to figure their own government out after WWI, then look what happens in WWII; dictators rise to power.
Also, I doubt the U.S. will completely leave Iraq. We will always have soldiers there; we've left them at any place we've fought a war in so far since after WWII (i.e. Vietnam, etc).
