And metal - There is, as Im sure you may know slightly about, a type of music called rap or hip-hop. Straight billed hats, matching clothing, new shoes, baggy pants, baggy name brand shirts, etc is just a style called 'gangster', and is associated with rap and hiphop.
ahhh tacox, i know what your talking about. we call em wankers over here
and before the flames start, I'm just pullin ya leg, you ganster blokes. Wanna see a knife, now this is a real knife :P
Now you see, i despise gangsters....except taco...and ghetto fab... and maybe some more...
Now, if i had a digital camera, you can see my sexyself...and my room... Yep, and my dawgies and kitties....Now lets see here, borrow Digital Camera from father? Yeah ide say so.
Ill get pictures up when i wanna...

the swaztika was a pretty common symbol in almost all cultures. Generally it was to represent a spinning galaxy. Sort of a cosmic symbol. The hindi symbol for luck was a swaztika with dots between the arms.
meh i was close...
...but it definately originated in india ;)
oh no, I do beleive you were correct. The symbols has kind of grown into meaning different things. But I was just saying, it has a very diverse background. As far as it's origin... I couldn't say it appears in a lot of varied areas.
