Actually bra size doesnt give the exact size, for there is padding that will make boobs look bigger.

oh and @ fur, bra size is boob size, cause its for how big the cup needs to be in order for it to hold ur boob efficiently, you dont want like space between your skin and the cup and you dont want it to be too tight or else ur boobs will pop out. so bra size does tell you your boob size. (most A-cups are mega padded, and anything above that isnt usually padded unless its called like an extra padded bra)
