1. Paste your render and resize it to how you want it.

2. Past the same render again but this time behind that layer, make it big and blur it a bit.

3. Put a splatter effect over the bottom of your small render.

4. Duplicate your render and set it as a clipping mask on that splatter effect.

5. Put an orange fractal on right side for sparkly specs.

6. Put an omni light on the top right side

7. Put a B&W gradient map on and lower the opacity

8. Put a blue/orange gradient map on and lower the opacity

9. Blur/sharpen and burn/dodge as you like

10. Comb your hair.

Mmmm, not quite.

To make this tag all you have to do is Comb your hair, snap three times, club a baby seal and do the hokey pokey.
