change the color u used?... the color u picked looks like shit, pick something stronger or with more saturation
chnage the saturation, the vibrancy, contrast. -

dont smudge plain same shit. read that tut. clipmask/stamptool some details and smudge them. for that tag, get some hue saturation. bump up the saturation, change it to a ligther blue for better atmosphere, take out burn/dodge tools and untick protect tones, mess around with them. finally add some clip mask and kewl adjustments.
