I dont believe in any of this prophecy crap, no matter the source. It's just myth and rumor spreading.

I do how ever believe we're plenty capable of destroying ourselves, like we continue to do, but I don't think an apocalypse end of the world type scenario is gonna happen any time soon. More of a slow painful death by overpopulation and natural resource depletion.

I'm surprised you're all oblivious to what's currently going on in the world, the prophecy wasn't the explanation as to why a lot of people have beliefs the world may end on that date... If you take the time to actually do some research and educate yourself you will learn this has actually been scientifically studied over the course of many years. What further worries people that actually are interested in the future of our world as we know it, is that the US have been secretly preparing for this to happen for over 30 years. It is estimated that 1/3 of the US has underground cities already built, sadly none of us will be invited to take part in that, as you need to be either rich or important. I have seen documented footage of the underground bunkers created for preparation of 2012 and the predicted cataclysmic events proven by scientists. They even interviewed the guards and they didn't discuss what the bunkers were actually for, but did mention they were under the highest security the US has to offer and if people tried to enter the bunkers without clearance they would be shot on site. You learn something new everyday. My advice would be to enjoy the next past year as much as possible and make some amazing bucket lists while you still have a chance.

Well, this response was what I expected, it's not something that you can prove until after the fact when all the people who say bullshit are dead, and can't hear I told you so because we are also dead. lol And I have done things with a penguin that you can't even fathom or comprehend.
