Whoa, only one mentioned Eddie Izzard. He is surely one of the greatest comedians around. Those who haven't seen him has missed something, his timing and body language beats everything I've seen. ;)
The second best comedian is a friend of mine who probably could become a successful comedian at his current age, 16.
