I understand that you've probably heard it all before, but your tutorials are really amazing. sometimes i find it difficult to follow others, but i could follow this to the end. ;D My outcome is weird i think i went wrong (again) but am not too sure n_n

However I like the effect that makes it look like my guys head is on fire :)
Hmm maybe I should put sunglasses on my character..his eyes always disappear into a void of blackness D:

Decent outcome here, Hmm there is lot of motion going on. Text needs some work and also blend in the chief a little

Yeah I seem to have a problem with color, I either get too monotone or I get my render standing out too much, it'll all come in good time. Maybe I should finally stop using that render, it's from FFXI and the graphics from that game are fairly monotone themselves.As for the text, I know i've been more creative before xD, it was like 3am, I got bored.

I am having some difficulty with my brushes. When I try and customize my brushes I can only customize my "shape dynamics" and "other dynamics" settings. I cannot access the "scattering", "texture", "dual brushes", etc.... settings. Anyone know what I need to do to? Thanks in advance

Maybe lower the opacity or erase some on the render. The render looks to shiny on both ':)

I left out most of the ripple layers, just liked a smoother background for this pic. I will work on one that ripples work better with.

Here's what I got. I just had a render (I guess that's whats it called not sure though) of a basketball player available so I used that.

First post on the forum and let me say great work guys. I've been hooked on this site for a week just doing tutorials from the shadows, and I figured I needed a tan so that was an excuse to pop out and say thanks. ;)

i know i need to change it the current was on of my first's.

This is easily the greatest tutorial *ever*. Easy to follow, and it leaves lots of room for creativity.

The ripple filters and gradient maps add loads of depth to sigs... I really can't thank you enough.

Wow. Randomly clicking things in forums really has its benefits.
