the top one looks great, i love the emotion on the guys face and how it kinda plays out with the grungy look in the background. the sophistication of the flag plays out well too. the smudging on the flag looks great, but i feel like the sparkly things should have looked kindof like settling dust and covered a little more of the bottom of the sig, behind the object focus. i think it needs a boarder too, partially because the colour theme is so strong it could use a little bit of a finale and a dark red boarder might do the trick, or even simply black.
the botton sig looks pretty good, imo, there too much smudging in the background, not enough clarity and too much clarity in the foreground, the foreground and background need to have a little more blend to them. you've got a real good sense of keeping a strong colour theme, but i think you should try playing with more than one shade next time :P

7.5/10-- very nice concept and use of vectors, good text as well.

6/10, pretty cool, lightning could use some work imo
8/10 nice effect and execution, its just i think light source is a bit too bright
7/10 good death sig just bit too bright

8/10 DD i like the gory effects but im not a big fan of closeups =\
7/10 for the animation ... id make it light up fully at the end cycle to reveal the whole thing briefly
4/10 - im not digging the whole shadow effect behind the sig, its too strong, its too monotone, not many effects to it, check out some tutorials !! :)
