The picture looks nice, good cutting, and i really like how you used the font where you did. The glare in the top right is nice. Im not a big fan of the splatters, but you probably like it so thats ok. Im not sure if i like the checker pattern, it looks pretty cool, but im not sure. Nice work.

Way to much beveling, try not to use so many filters lik you did, and dont bevel your render
look up some tuts on blending and making backgrounds
