I really dont like the colors here and it;s too simple IMO.

too bright around his face

i also like the splatter behind him
4/10 too many conflicting layers, and the focus colors are too saturated, the highlights and lowlights are too similar to the color theme... it needs some more interest
everything just blends in...
the text needs work too
theres not enough flow between your layers

the focus is the car, and the green in the car should be your color theme, but you chose to use this pasty brown... blech... accentuate the green, and dont just overlay images, put some flow into them, blend the layers. there needs to be a line of motion too. it just looks like a floating car... and the background needs to be integrated with the foreground. one more thing: the lighting source is conflicting btwn the foreground and background
