I always put my right leg pad on first. I do my stretches before i put my top half of my gear, that includes my underarmor/shirt i'm wearing under my chest pad and I can't be anywhere near the ice when i'm stretching. I have to go out into the lobby so I can't see the ice. When I get on the ice, I take my helmet off, leave it on the net and skate around the ice twice, come back, scratch up my crease, then I put my helmet on, and skate away from the net. At most, I take about 10 shots in warmup... anymore, and I feel overworked.
I'm a weird goalie. If I don't do that stuff, I feel like shit all game and I'll probably let in a lot of goals.
