Yeah i'm sure the PS3 won't be as good when it comes to the net. If Microsoft was going to be good at anything it would be internet apps for their system. They have just alittle bit of practice with it..just abit.=)

You Xbox fanboys need to realize that Sony is WAY more expierenced than Microsoft at consoles. Xbox Live gives you a ton of features you don't ****ing need and plus they charge for it. Online for PS3 will be free.
Have you watched any trailer for PS3? Its graphics blow 3shitty out of the water and besides that its games don't suck. Most good game designers stick with Sony such as Hideo because they know what they are doing.
The gamelist for PS3 also blows Microshit away. WOW OMG HALO3????? Halo is a shit game and is one of the main reason people just care about graphics and not storylines or gameplay today. Thats why most 360 fanboys just care about graphics and think that determines how good the game or system is.
Have you checked the PS2 sales? It out sold Xbox by so far. PS3 will do the same thing, just look how shitty 360's first weekend was.
Sony revolutionzed Console play with the Playstation and they will do the same thing with PS3.
@Zeek- Yeah it is kind of lame they did it right before E3 just to get a feature to match the Wii. =/ Though in all truth I guess I'm glad they did it. Its screwed up and everything but I'm sure in the long run it will help some of the games on PS3. Also just kind of goes to show that the idea behind the Wii is insanely genius. I mean if Sony wants to steal the idea just to keep up.
Sidra-I agree for the most part. I don't really have much against Halo, it was an okay game...I just can't stand most of the fan boys.
On a slightly random note I wish Sega was still making systems. I would love to see what they would be coming up with right now. Damn people for not buying the sega saturn or Dreamcast..fuckers. Sega was just as great at new ideas as nintendo is. Infact even better. -_-

i'm not a fanboy, i picked the 360 over the ps3 because the games appeal to me. if i like halo, why do you have to mock me for it? i really liked it for its multiplayed and storyline, not for its graphics.. it didn't even thave that great of graphics.. what the hell point were you trying to make? you don't even know what you're talking about. the 360 has great graphics yes, but it does not mean the gameplay and storylines of the games suffer, no, quite the contrary.. it makes it that much better. and why is it that you think the ps3 has better graphics, but oh what ps3 fans don't concentrate on that remember? they only like gameplay and storylines? oh well i guess your point is invalid then.

Your right about the mulitplayer on Halo it is pretty fun and like I said I don't really dislike the game. It was fun enough. The graphics was pretty good and the story line though abit generic was okay. I mean really it could of be plucked from any sci book but still it was okay. My problem isn't with the game itself like I said I just really get bugged by some of the fan boys not all of course. Alot of them have this if you don't like Halo your not a gamer dickhead type air around them. That pisses me off. I mean so many other games on the Xbox or the PS hell the old sega systems had so much better first person shoots but they seemed to be fogged over by this one fun but really generic and as single player goes uninventive title and it just bugs me abit. Also when I use fanboy I don't mean all people that play Halo...just the ones that think the game is perfect and soooo great like the kids I went to school with.
Also for the graphics on the PS3 they look just as good as the Xbox 360. I would say that though the PS3 has more power it doesn't really matter. From what I have seen they are pretty equal.
Also yes the Dreamcast and the Saturn are still two of the best systems around. The Saturn had some of the funnest games I've ever played. Clockwork knight, Bug which is one of the best classic 3d plateforms I've played, Nights into Dreams the first US realsed game where you had to use a joystick to move besides the really old game systems it did it before the Playstation and the N64 by a year or more, Myst was even realsed on, Tomb rader was realsed on it before the Playstation. I mean if you want to talk about a great system that didn't sell this would be it. I loved it. It was the rivial to the orignal Playstation and the N64 and was slutered by it because Sega fucking sucked at PR. Also yes I'm very bored..so thats the only real reason to rant about that. >_<...to sum up...Sega was god and they need to make a new Bug game.

And yes myst, $500 for a PS3. Read about it? 20gb = 500, 60gb = 600. So there.

2. the ps3 has power that will be untapped for a while, as does the 360, as you neglected to mention. developers are still just discovering how to use it.
3. if you don't believe ghost recon 3, oblivion, fight night round 3, and project gotham 3 aren't next gen, you need to be slapped.

Nether system really sucks. The PS3 is going to have more hardware, the game quality I guess depends on the person though for myself I like them better. I"m really looking forward to afew of the titles personally. 360 will most likely have a better online though I"m sure.
Still say the Wii will have the best games overall though.
