I'm okay with pot smpkers, the majority of my friends are. It's the guys that defend pot smokers at every corner, and say they smoke it up everyday, and get in everyone's face with their pot that pisses me off- like gay people. Sure, you're queer, that's cool. Don;t PUSH IT ON ME, and rant about how awesome it is!

Nobody huh? My town in Saskatchewan has about 17,000 people in it. It's in the middle of three major cities, Regina, Winnipeg, and Saskatoon. Which means that it is a major drop-off point for every drug you can think of. You could probably find a meth lab every block if you looked hard enough...which brings me to my point...people DO care....treatment facilities are being opened, we recently had an anti-drug team sent in from Regina trying to solve the drug epodemic, and marijuana is on the list. It will still be years before marijuana is legalized, if it all, so don't think it is set in stone. People can get addicted to mary jane.....but it is much easier to quit than other drugs because it is a mental addiction...not a physical one. So when you mention your buddy that becomes the happiest guy when he is high....take in mind he might not be that happy...he is probably depressed when he isn't high...and when he gets high his mood will change...think about it....continue to use it if you want...I don't care about you...although I have to say it's sad because you don't think it is a big deal at all...

this is a tricky topic. yes drugs can cause you to do things u normally wouldnt (b/c all drugs do is make u feel more comfortable doing things), but we actually found out, that marijuana can make 5x more paper than trees can. so this is a tricky thing to talk about

I don't care much if other people smoke it in this type of society, where you're supposed to have certain freedoms, but in my type of idea society (pretty much a militaristic dictatorship), then I would certainly fight for removing pot completely because it hinders a person's physical ability, especially when it comes to fighting B)

i havnt smoked in about 3 months, havnt drank since my uncles wedding

i love my brain and im never killing it, but like i said. somtimes you need a little chnage from evryday things. sure there are many other things to do but im not a rich man. i dont make much and i pay part of my way. i help buy food, ect. weed is cheapist way to get a little exitment outa life.

when i start makin more money ima move onto other things.

traviling, skydiving, anything. but right now as a 17 yearold with a crappy job its all i can have.

i dont spend my money on it anyway. only at parties and ocasions. i love my brain and im not goin to kill it.

How bout people grow a few years older before bitching about how bad pot is, and potheads are. My entire group always used to frown apon potheads, and guess what - they're all potheads now. Interesting change of fate, eh? I never used weed to cover up problems, it just made something boring that much more entertaining.

Pot stays in urine for 3 days with one use, habitually it lasts up to 3 months. It stays in hair and blood for three months - although most tests are urine anyways.

Thats your decision to divulge into other drugs - its not the pot thinking. Please don't blame the pot. Now i've done schrooms, DXM, and inhalents since pot although just for the hell of it - infact I tried all these when I WASNT smoking pot. If anything pot kept me happy enough not to try anything else. I don't plan on ever trying any addicting substance (coke, opium, etc).

I smoked up to 4 bowls a day near the end of when I quit - usually using bong filtration systems and such - which is a LOT safer than smoking a cigarette. I would usually smoke .1 gram per bowl, when a cigarette has a good .7-.8 grams per CIG. What do you have to say to that?

Now on platnum's topic - if it were legalized it would increase the US economy immensly. I'm not saying allowing 16 year olds using it, allow 21 year olds to use it. I agree with everything you say platnum.

If you can't afford to smoke pot - don't smoke it. I was still able to smoke as often as I want, buy the stuff I want, and still take girls out. Pot isnt that expensive at all, even daily use. I'd spend about 10 dollars per week - and if I couldnt afford that I wouldnt use it. Its unbelievably easy to quit, and I quit when I wanted to immediatly.

Oh yea, this is being moved.

yeah weed is great? Let's see you say that when the paranoia and after-effects in about 10 years come up.
