XD I know the controller is a bit of a mind boggler. I'm more intrested to see it in action then anything. That MGS4 trailer gots me all pumped up.

i am going to buy the ps3, i think it has the best stats out of all the new consoles the 360 is good but i am going to stick by the ps3 the revolution is stupid the main reason a person would buy it is because of it's playback capabilities and thats pointless because it's not going to improve the game playing it on a different console nintendo have gone completely down hill since the 64 which was the best console ever made for it's time and had the best controller

I'm gonna end up getting the Xbox 360, I'v been an xbox fan sence it started off. I'm hopeing to try to get ahold of a ps3 as well. I might wait until the prices go down to about 200-300.

Um Nintendo dosnt OWN RESIDENT EVil they just got a deal with the owners of RS that they will produce their games for that system which is no longer like that cause the new RS is coming out for PS Resident Evil 5

I heard the PS3 is going to be postponed for awhile.
It's coming out December 2006 in Australia (i think).
They have a plan to stop piracy. If you open your PS3, (or Xbox 360 i think), you lose it. It will not work. And you cannot get it repaired because it voids with the warranty. So basically, you lose your PS3 or Xbox 360.
I think the software sony tried to encode was considered illegal. They used it on some of the records they put out by some artists. I forget what it was called though.

personally i think the Xbox 360 is ganna eat the ps3's ****in ass man cause look.... the ps2 came out almost a year and a half before the X-box came out and now the the x-box 360 came out before the ps3...seems a tad bit rushed to me... and the Xbox 360 is not flawless and therefore allows the PS3 makers to learn from the X-box mistakes that microsoft people had made.... also take in that the ps3 might also have more add-ons then the x-box 360 seeing the 360 came out first the sony people may try to out-do their compeditors...i guess we'll see in a year or two when the PS3 comes out......
Theres a problem in your logic... Even if the ps3 is better than the xbox, the extra year or so will allow xbox to get every buyer, and by the time ps3 comes out, they'll have sold more xbox 360s than they would have if they ps3 came out at the same time. Sure, ps3 will probably get more buyers, but so will xbox, AND xbox has more time to prepare the 'next generation' (yay ... ) of xbox they will have the market to themselves once again, beating ps3 to the punch.
PS3 will always be the dominant force in platform games. The hardcore gamers will buy both systems regardless of which comes out first or the specs. Most parents will gravitate towards Playstation because it's the name they hear all the kids saying and the more popular system.

solid you can judge something thats not out and spluff where im from the xbox sucks nuts ..big giant maddona nuts lol and most people wait till the systems become cheaper and therefore by the time the 360 comes down in price people will see that the ps3 is a more dominat brand in gaming systems... once agian this is my opinion!
i'd just like to tell you all that the new xbox live is the most fantastic thing ever omg.
not only is it fun to play the games, but even hanging out in the marketplace is awesome. you can download demos, trailers, themes, pictures, trade them to people, then theres also stuff you can "buy" with your xbl points which you earn by doing well online.
good stuff.
and in case you haven't seen it, the 360's "operating system" is very innovative and useful. in the middle of a game you can just press one button, and it will bring up the 360's OS, much like clicking the "start button" on a computer. you can access your music, xbox live, messages, voice, or you can go to your "dashboard" which exits you from the game and you can manage more of your xbox live, visit the marketplace, watch movies, play demos, and all sorts of stuff.
I haven't tried it yet, but i know you can take your hard drive off and hook it up to your computer and transfer stuff on it that way, or just use a cd or flashdrive. quite useful.
and it also conforms to the laziest of people (me). you now don't have to get up to turn on or off the 360, you can turn off your console and all controllers in one swift action.
so a big screw you to all the 360 haters.

well technically xbox 360 is a better system then ps3 ati made graphics for 360 nvidia did ps3 i personally like ati but yah anyway xbox 360 has better games in my opinion microsoft is a better company and xbox 360 has better everything basically lol
