Today,I decided to never eat beef again! Chicken & fish FTW! I'm tired of whooping down a double cheeseburger,& being sluggish afterwards. I had smoked Salmon today & OMG I was in heaven! Plus,I'm gonna eat more salads! Chicken salads! Here's to everyone's health!

I don't think I can ever get used to sleeping early and waking up early, apart from jet lags. I remember sleeping at 9pm and waking up at 5am the day I came back from the US
