9/10 considering you design logos, and that's what it is, it does it's job very well, simple and memorable :)
I don't like the colour of the text though, i think you should choose one of the colours off the tail :)

8/10 nice effects some of the effects are to bright and very close to pure white and some parts of the finger tips seem over sharpen gj overall
