for online it's got to be couter strike. and ut2004 isn't bad

Defenitly Counter Strike and Unreal Tournament.

I have to say, Deus Ex does pwn, but its not the best.

I wouldnt know, I only play CoD multiplayer.

quake 3 was sweet. so was UT2003; 2004 was a bit crap, imo.
