About 3 posts up they show the link for the brushes.
The issue is the final overlay layer from a different tutorial is not going to the tutorial anywhere, so you can't get the last layer to add to the psd to create this tut.
Therefore unless the link is just broken, this is a broken tut that cannot be made anymore.
