Ok..I'll help ya..Pleymo probably won't see your psst..so...here ya go! :D
for #9 you just duplicate the layer...5 times or whatever and then for each layer you just make only one layer of rain visible..in the animation hes showing you see how in the layer window it shows one layer of rain per frame..sorry if you don't understand heres what it would look like
Frame One- Rain Layer One
Frame Two- Rain Layer Two
Frame Three- Rain Layer Three
Frame Four- Rain Layer Four
Frame Five- Rain Layer Five
Understand?
If you want the Image and Slice window to show..just click on 'Windows' and click the that one..same deal for all the other windows..
