Can This Be Considered Art?

I had an art teacher once tell me that not all art is good.

I don't know if Albers was a part it, but there was a Dutch art movement called De Stijl, which attempted to purify art by bringing it down to basic colors and forms. It can be considered art because because it was meant to convey emotion, just as Albers' art did.

lets juss call it art that most people dont like

omg! that isn't art! a 3 year old could do better than that! it's just a bunch of squares..you don't need talent or creativity to make something like that...

honestly art today...

Yet... it's still art... you may not appreciate it, or like it, but it's art.
